JANICE INGRAM
M.ED, LPC-S

Co-Director

For more than 30 years, Janice has walked alongside women, adolescents, and families as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Education from Texas Tech University and brings decades of professional counseling experience combined with a deep understanding of faith, relationships, and personal development.

In addition to her counseling work, Janice served as a women's minister for over 20 years, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to women in every season of life. Her unique background allows her to integrate sound clinical principles with a Christian perspective for clients who desire faith-based counseling.

Janice is especially passionate about helping women navigate significant life transitions, including marriage, pregnancy, motherhood, career changes, divorce, grief, empty nesting, and other seasons of unexpected change. She understands that even positive transitions can bring uncertainty, stress, and questions about identity and purpose. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

She also enjoys working with adolescents who are facing challenges related to self-esteem, friendships, family relationships, social pressures, life adjustments, and discovering who they are. She believes that every young person deserves support as they develop confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships.

Known for her warmth, wisdom, and practical guidance, Janice seeks to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you are facing a difficult season, grieving a loss, adjusting to a new chapter, or simply seeking greater emotional and spiritual well-being, she is honored to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
